“Souls who fall for the storms, And live with the winds,
Coming from far, Of miles unknown.
In search of that home, Where they’d belong.
This journey begun, when I was drowning deep in despair,
with mental breakdown, fell down faded, like ashes in ground.
Abandoned in knowns,
World said ‘ you deserve to be alone for being a social disaster “,
while Patriarchy said, “a submissive gender has no right to be a defender”.
To talk it out, I started to write, that sailed me through the darkest of nights.
And I discovered poetry, as healing soul song.
Thus my journal became a journey,
written in verse all narrating a story
I Risked therefore I am
I Failed therefore I am
I conquered therefore I am.”
