Acting comes under the umbrella of performing arts. The actors perform on stage/cinema to entertain the public, but the audience is unaware of their real life experiences. They idolize the actors and forget that they too have a human side. An actor’s life may be diametrically opposite to the character played in a play/film. Reel life vs real life. “Meghna” exhibits the emotional aspects of the real-life of an award-winning theatre artist, Meghna Sahay through a retrospective narrative.

एक अभिनेत्री का अडिग संकल्प यह लघु कथा रंगमंच की एक अत्यंत प्रतिभाशाली अभिनेत्री के संघर्ष और उसके दृढ़ संकल्प पर आधारित है। वह पारिवारिक बंधनों को तोड़कर अपनी राह खुद बनाती है। इस सफर में उसे अनेक खट्टे-मीठे अनुभवों से गुजरना पड़ता है लेकिन वह पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखती है। रचनाकार ने इस पुस्तक में कला के प्रति समर्पित इस अभिनेत्री के जीवन का मर्मस्पर्शी चित्रण करते हुए उसके दिल की गहराइयों को छूने का प्रयास किया है। यह एक प्रेरणादायक और रोचक कहानी है जो एक अभिनेत्री के जीवन के पीछे के रहस्यों को खोजती है और पाठकों को रंगमंच की दुनियाँ से भी परिचित कराती है।
