Starting from her name, Nikita which means unconquered according to google, a sacred cold stream of river according to priest, home (the first peaceful place for everyone) according to detailed research. I notify, she is profound as meaning of her name. She justifies her name in every possible sense. Like her name, she is pious by thoughts, by words, by expression and by her deeds.

Her Debut & Challenges

She always dreamt of being an author. Her dream of writing became her honor when she published her first book, Goonj. Goonj is a Hindi poetry book which not only gave her an identity of poetess but also guide her to encourage Hindi literature. The subject matter of this book is almost based on demand sessions which she usually held on her Instagram account. She actively posts her poetry, quotes on devotion, nature, love, hope, positivity, motivation, life & success etc. Her writing is a ripping blend of spirituality and the world we live in.

As I already mentioned that Goonj is a creation based on demand sessions she organised, you must know what these demand sessions mean. The sessions in which she asked readers to give any word, phrase, or topic to write a poetry or quote are termed as demand sessions. Response was amazing that is itself in front of us in form of an excellent book, Goonj. This book is written in very simple yet profound language. It articulates every possible human sentiment a human can have. Poetess dedicated it a very beautiful slogan, “The Paradigm of human’s personal and social emotions”.

You might have been thinking that writing over the given topics and sculpturing a book through the same mean is not a big deal, this must have been very easy to her for creating this art. But for your perusal, I would like to depict that it wasn’t that much easy as it seems to be, especially for the girl who had no guidance, any pathway to follow and most important any personal source to afford her dream when she is just a student. Yes, she didn’t know anything about this field; all she knew that she wants to be an author. Now, you must be thinking that she could ask her parents for help. I’d like to bring to your attention, it was the most intriguing fact in her journey of writing. She didn’t ask them for help, she didn’t even tell them about her plan. She wanted to give them a surprise and make them proud for her feat. It was certainly a challenge for her to publish her debut book.

As she was determined to publish her book, she hesitatingly asked one of her friends to lend some money, just to cover publication charges. She narrated her idea to her friend and presented her words of honor to return that money on the sales of book.

This one sentence teaches her a lot. While being a naïve in the field, she didn’t think twice to mark her words. She wasn’t aware whether market will accept her book or not, whether she will gain that much sale she expected or not, whether she will be succeed or not; she was just aware of her dream which was going to become reality. Fortunately, her friend lent her money and assured her not to demand until she will be able to return. With the borrowed amount, she bought basic publication package of Blue Rose Publishers and launched Goonj on 10 April, 2019.

Of course ! That day is spec in her life.

Her younger sister was the first person among her family members whom she told about her book. She replied enthusiastically, “I knew you were doing something, but I didn’t have any clue that you are doing something this great.”

Her elder brother on the news of her book remarked, “Really, we never knew that there is an author in our family.” Other members of the family had similar reaction. Their words fueled her passion. Therefore, she became an inspiration to herself. She demonstrated, “If you have strong will, you can make your dreams a reality. No matter what hinders you.”

Recognition & Upturn:

On the way of recognition of her book or you can say making her dream a success, she confronted many troubles. Whilst promulgation of her book, she perceived that reader community is running after English books. There aren’t much readers who regard Hindi books & Hindi literature. Authors who write in Hindi are struggling harder than who write in English. She felt sad when she ascertained that most of the readers, literary and promotional agencies made this sacred field of literature, a business.

In order to curtail such lapses in literature, she decided to promote Hindi literature and encourage aspiring authors. She initiated registration for an anthology of Hindi poetry and got splendid response. Later, with hard work & her perseverance in direction of Hindi literature she compiled all poetries she received in registration and named that compilation Sangam. She did so on the basis of variance of authors from all corners of India, on the basis of variance in their writing, on the basis of diverse theme of poems, on the basis of exceptional thoughts expressed by them.

Sangam as the name itself means a union. A union of 30 poets and their ripping thoughts, sentiments and inclination towards writing. Its beauty itself reveals dignity of real Triveni Sangam of pious rivers of India – Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati on its cover. The poetess always falls short of words for expressing her gratitude to one of the co-authors of Sangam, Suyashi Mishra for gifting the gem of her photography. This book has a special space in her heart and was released on the auspicious occasion of Deepawali fallen on 27 oct, 2019 that year. It was featured at 2 major book fairs held every year in India; Bhubaneswar Book Fair, 2019 at Odisha and World Book Fair, 2020 at New-Delhi. It added to her honor when many prominent television stars appreciated her work. I am already overwhelmed for further description about her and her laudable work.

Achievement & Pride:

Impressed with her work, publication house, Fanatixx Publication which published Sangam invited her to compile another fascinating piece of art. As she couldn’t knock back any opportunity that can bolster her aim, she accepted the proposal and framed another work of anthology, Punarsangam. Punarsangam which is the second edition of Sangam. Thus, within a span of one year, she published 3 books and fixed a unique space in this field which is an achievement itself. All her books are available on Amazon, Kindle and other online stores.

She felt so content with reverence she received that a bestselling author could not. All this is not enough Sangam gave her, it conferred her the present she deserved. It’s worth to mention that on the suggestion and appeal of co-authors of Sangam in order to promote this masterpiece, she established a literary platform, Towards Literature. Thus, Sangam became root of this platform. With this significance, it became the first literary platform of Panipat-Haryana, hometown of the poetess herself.
